What’s your plan, you ask…well, we have almost no plan, I say! I’m totally and completely going out of my comfort zone on this trip and trying the seat of the pants-dance way of experiencing life. Thrill and I have booked our flights, London to Barcelona, by way of Toronto, and Newark and then back home from Berlin, through the other, older London.

Once we land in Barcelona (Friday morning, their time), we have two nights booked in a hotel downtown. Other than that – no official plans. Just make our way to Berlin, by whatever ways and means feel right and are available to us. Train, car rental, flights — who knows!

I do have a few things that I want to do in Barcelona – look at Gaudi architecture, eat tapas and drink Spanish wine, and visit/hike Montserrat. But that’s where our plans end.
